Paul Abrams has been Chair of Trustees since 2015. He has worked at Southmead Hospital since 1972 and continues to be active in teaching and research in Bristol, nationally and internationally. He sees his role as leading the Board of Trustees’ commitment to facilitate the expansion of clinical research in Bristol as a means of improving the health of the community. The Board seeks to involve the local community as well as the health care professionals working with North Bristol Trust.
